Measure Your Face
- Pupillary Distance (PD): Use a ruler or an app to measure the distance between your pupils. Most adults have a PD of 54–74mm.
- Face Width: Measure the widest part of your face (typically across the cheekbones). Compare these to frame dimensions (e.g., a narrow face suits smaller lens widths).

Pro Tips
- Comfort Check: Frames shouldn't pinch your nose or slide down. The temples should rest lightly on your ears.
- Adjustments: Opt for adjustable nose pads or flexible temples for a customized fit.
- Frame Shape: Understanding your face shape is essential when choosing glasses, as the right frames can enhance your features and create balance. Use our face shape detector to identify Your face shape!
A vintage-inspired frame, the Peak frame is a surefire option that will elevate your style. Ideal for medium to large faces, these versatile specs will suit a variety of face shapes, especially those with soft facial features.
