Measure Your Face
- Pupillary Distance (PD): Use a ruler or an app to measure the distance between your pupils. Most adults have a PD of 54–74mm.
- Face Width: Measure the widest part of your face (typically across the cheekbones). Compare these to frame dimensions (e.g., a narrow face suits smaller lens widths).

Pro Tips

- Adjustments: Opt for adjustable nose pads or flexible temples for a customized fit.
- Frame Shape: Understanding your face shape is essential when choosing glasses, as the right frames can enhance your features and create balance. Use our face shape detector to identify Your face shape!
